2. 輸入特性 / INPUT FEATURE

2.1 輸入電壓范圍/INPUT VOLTAGE RANGE：90Vac to 264Vac

2.2 額定輸入電壓/RATED INPUT VOLTAGE: 100Vac to 240Vac

2.3 輸入頻率范圍/INPUT FREQUENCY RANGE: 47Hz to 63Hz

2.4 額定工作頻率/RATED INPUT FREQUENCY: 50Hz/60Hz

2.5 輸入100Vac條件額定負(fù)載時(shí)最大輸入電流不超過1.4A.

INPUT CURRENT:1.4A max.&100Vac.

2.6 在冷開機(jī)條件下,最大浪涌電流不超過 30A (輸入100-240Vac額定負(fù)載時(shí)).

INRUSH CURRENT: 30A max. at 100-240Vac input for a cold start at 25oC.

2.7 效率：＞87% (輸入100-240Vac和輸出滿載條件).

EFFICIENCY: higher than 87% at 100-240Vac input and output full load(8.4A).

4.1 過電流保護(hù): 當(dāng)輸出達(dá)到其過流保護(hù)觸發(fā)點(diǎn)時(shí)（過流點(diǎn)設(shè)定為最大負(fù)載電流的120-300%，且過流狀態(tài)下輸入功率恒定）,電源將進(jìn)入打嗝模式保護(hù)狀態(tài),當(dāng)過載故障被解除后,電源能自動(dòng)恢復(fù)到正常輸出.

OVER - CURRENT PROTECTION: The power supply shall be hiccupped and no damage shall occur when output current reaches to its over-current protection trigger point (set@ Max load 120-300% ). The power supply shall be self - recovery when the fault condition is removed.

4.2 輸出短路保護(hù):在任何時(shí)候,任何輸入條件下,當(dāng)輸出遇到在短路情況下,電源供應(yīng)器會(huì)進(jìn)入打嗝模式保護(hù)狀態(tài),當(dāng)故障解除后,電源能自動(dòng)恢復(fù)正常輸出.

SHORT - CIRCUIT PROTECTION: The power supply shall be hiccupped(input power less than 3W) and no damage shall occur when any output operating in a short circuit condition under any line condition for an indefinite period of time. The power supply shall be self - recovery when the fault condition is removed.

4.3 過電壓保護(hù): 當(dāng)輸出達(dá)到其過壓保護(hù)觸發(fā)點(diǎn)時(shí)（過壓點(diǎn)設(shè)定為最大輸出電壓的120-180%，且過壓狀

態(tài)下輸入功率恒定）,電源進(jìn)入打嗝模式保護(hù)狀態(tài),當(dāng)故障解除后,電源能自動(dòng)恢復(fù)正常輸出.

OVER - VOLTAGE PROTECTION: The power supply shall be hiccupped and no damage shall occur when output current reaches to its over- voltage protection trigger point (set@ Max output voltage 120-180% ). The power supply shall be self - voltage when the fault condition is removed.

5. 環(huán)境條件 / ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIIONS

5.1 操作條件: 在下列環(huán)境條件下,電源供應(yīng)器能夠連續(xù)工作在各種模式,且不會(huì)造成性能的退化.

OPERATING: The power supply shall be capable of operating continuously in any mode without performance deterioration in the following environmental conditions.

5.1.1 環(huán)境溫度: 0℃～40℃

Ambient Temperature: 0℃～40℃

5.1.2 相對(duì)濕度: 10%～90%

Relative Humidity: 10%～90%

5.1.3 Vibration: 1.0mm, 10–25Hz, 15 minutes per cycle for each axis (X, Y, Z)

5.2  非操作條件: 電源供應(yīng)器能夠長(zhǎng)期的經(jīng)受下列的環(huán)境條件,且不允許有電氣及機(jī)械方面的損傷和幷發(fā)工作的缺陷.

NON-OPERATING: The power supply shall be capable of withstanding the following environmental conditions extended periods of time, without sustaining electrical or mechanical damage and subsequent operational deficiencies

5.2.1 環(huán)境溫度: -30℃～70℃

Ambient Temperature: -30℃～70℃

5.2.2 相對(duì)濕度: 10%～90%

Relative Humidity: 10%～90%

5.2.3 振動(dòng)和沖擊: 電源供應(yīng)器裝配及出貨的包裝設(shè)計(jì),均能承受正常運(yùn)輸?shù)恼駝?dòng). 并符合

MIL–STD-810D 方法 514 和程序 X.

Vibration and Shock :The power supply shall be designed to withstand normal transportation vibration per MIL–STD-810D, method 514 and procedures X, as it is mounted in the chassis assembly and packed for shipping.

5.2.4 跌落試驗(yàn):電源產(chǎn)品能在裝運(yùn)過程中,由于意外跌落之地面及水泥地(最高1.55M) 落下順序?yàn)槿饬媲也辉试S有電氣及機(jī)械方面的損傷和幷發(fā)工作的缺陷.

Drop Test ：Power supply product can in transport process, because the accident drops into its ground and cement ground( tallest 1.55 Ms)s fall in in proper order for Mitsubishi six,without sustaining electrical or mechanical damage and subsequent operational deficiencies

6. 電磁兼容性標(biāo)準(zhǔn) / EMC STANDARDS

6.1 EMI 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)/ EMI STANDARDS

本電源供應(yīng)器符合輻射及傳導(dǎo)之限定要求，滿足FCC PART15B CLASS B,EN EN55015

7. 可靠性及品質(zhì)控制 / RELIABILITY AND QUALITY CONTROL

7.1 老化: 電源在35℃±5℃ 和滿載條件下老化 8 小時(shí).

BURN-IN: The power supply shall under go a minimum of 8 hours Burn-In test under full load at 35℃±5℃.

7.2 元件溫度要求:半導(dǎo)體結(jié)溫不允許超過其制造商要求的最大溫度值.

COMPONENT DERATING: Semiconductor junction temperatures shall not exceed the manufacturer’s maximum thermal rating.

7.3 平均故障間隔時(shí)間: 在25℃條件下,電源供應(yīng)器在規(guī)格限定內(nèi)工作,其MTBF最少要 50,000 小時(shí).

MTBF: When the power supply is operating within the limits of this specification the MTBF shall be at least 50,000 hours at 25℃ (MIL-STD-217F).

8. 絕緣介電強(qiáng)度（耐壓）/ DIELECTRIC WITHSTANDING STRENGTH (HI-POT)

輸入對(duì)輸出端、輸入對(duì)殼體之間施加3000V交流電壓測(cè)試1分鐘（漏電流≤5mA），無(wú)擊穿或飛弧現(xiàn)象。(量產(chǎn)測(cè)試用3秒鐘).

Primary to Secondary & Case  AC3000V, 1 minute(leakage current less than5mA) for type test, (3 second for production).

9. 絕緣阻抗 / INSULATION RESISTANCE

輸入對(duì)輸出絕緣阻抗用500VDC測(cè)試時(shí)不小于 50 兆歐姆.

Input to output: no less than 50 MOHM(500VDC)

10. 漏電流 / LEAKAGE CURRENT

當(dāng)電源供應(yīng)器工作在最大輸入及最大負(fù)載情況下,其漏電流小于 0.25 mA, 滿足Class ‖等級(jí).

The leakage current shall be less than 0.25 mA for Class ‖ when power supply is operated maximum input voltage and maximum load.

① 如未特別說明，所有規(guī)格參數(shù)均在輸入為230VAC，額定負(fù)載，25℃環(huán)境溫度下進(jìn)行測(cè)試；
