4. 保護(hù)特性 / PROTECTION FEATURE
4.1 過電流保護(hù): 當(dāng)輸出達(dá)到其過流保護(hù)觸發(fā)點(diǎn)時(過流點(diǎn)設(shè)定為最大負(fù)載電流的120-300%,且過流狀態(tài)下輸入功率恒定),電源將進(jìn)入打嗝模式保護(hù)狀態(tài),當(dāng)過載故障被解除后,電源能自動恢復(fù)到正常輸出.
OVER - CURRENT PROTECTION: The power supply shall be hiccupped and no damage shall occur when output current reaches to its over-current protection trigger point (set@ Max load 120-300% ). The power supply shall be self - recovery when the fault condition is removed.
4.2 輸出短路保護(hù):在任何時候,任何輸入條件下,當(dāng)輸出遇到在短路情況下,電源供應(yīng)器會進(jìn)入打嗝模式保護(hù)狀態(tài),當(dāng)故障解除后,電源能自動恢復(fù)正常輸出.
SHORT - CIRCUIT PROTECTION: The power supply shall be hiccupped(input power less than 3W) and no damage shall occur when any output operating in a short circuit condition under any line condition for an indefinite period of time. The power supply shall be self - recovery when the fault condition is removed.
4.3 過電壓保護(hù): 當(dāng)輸出達(dá)到其過壓保護(hù)觸發(fā)點(diǎn)時(過壓點(diǎn)設(shè)定為最大輸出電壓的120-180%,且過壓狀
態(tài)下輸入功率恒定),電源進(jìn)入打嗝模式保護(hù)狀態(tài),當(dāng)故障解除后,電源能自動恢復(fù)正常輸出.
OVER - VOLTAGE PROTECTION: The power supply shall be hiccupped and no damage shall occur when output current reaches to its over- voltage protection trigger point (set@ Max output voltage 120-180% ). The power supply shall be self - voltage when the fault condition is removed.
5. 環(huán)境條件 / ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIIONS
5.1 操作條件: 在下列環(huán)境條件下,電源供應(yīng)器能夠連續(xù)工作在各種模式,且不會造成性能的退化.
OPERATING: The power supply shall be capable of operating continuously in any mode without performance deterioration in the following environmental conditions.
5.1.1 環(huán)境溫度: 0℃~40℃

5.1.2 相對濕度: 10%~90%

5.2 非操作條件: 電源供應(yīng)器能夠長期的經(jīng)受下列的環(huán)境條件,且不允許有電氣及機(jī)械方面的損傷和幷發(fā)工作的缺陷.

5.2.4 跌落試驗(yàn):電源產(chǎn)品能在裝運(yùn)過程中,由于意外跌落之地面及水泥地(最高1.55M) 落下順序?yàn)槿饬媲也辉试S有電氣及機(jī)械方面的損傷和幷發(fā)工作的缺陷.

7. 可靠性及品質(zhì)控制 / RELIABILITY AND QUALITY CONTROL
7.1 老化: 電源在35℃±5℃ 和滿載條件下老化 8 小時.
BURN-IN: The power supply shall under go a minimum of 8 hours Burn-In test under full load at 35℃±5℃.
7.2 元件溫度要求:半導(dǎo)體結(jié)溫不允許超過其制造商要求的最大溫度值.
COMPONENT DERATING: Semiconductor junction temperatures shall not exceed the manufacturer’s maximum thermal rating.
7.3 平均故障間隔時間: 在25℃條件下,電源供應(yīng)器在規(guī)格限定內(nèi)工作,其MTBF最少要 50,000 小時.
MTBF: When the power supply is operating within the limits of this specification the MTBF shall be at least 50,000 hours at 25℃ (MIL-STD-217F).
8. 絕緣介電強(qiáng)度(耐壓)/ DIELECTRIC WITHSTANDING STRENGTH (HI-POT)
輸入對輸出端、輸入對殼體之間施加3000V交流電壓測試1分鐘(漏電流≤5mA),無擊穿或飛弧現(xiàn)象。(量產(chǎn)測試用3秒鐘).
Primary to Secondary & Case AC3000V, 1 minute(leakage current less than5mA) for type test, (3 second for production).
9. 絕緣阻抗 / INSULATION RESISTANCE
輸入對輸出絕緣阻抗用500VDC測試時不小于 50 兆歐姆.

10. 漏電流 / LEAKAGE CURRENT
當(dāng)電源供應(yīng)器工作在最大輸入及最大負(fù)載情況下,其漏電流小于 0.25 mA, 滿足Class ‖等級.
The leakage current shall be less than 0.25 mA for Class ‖ when power supply is operated maximum input voltage and maximum load.
